Businesses that generate up to 27 gallons or 220 lbs or 1 kilogram of extremely hazardous waste per month are welcome to drop-off household hazardous waste at the facility. We will only accept waste that was generated in Marin County except for Novato.
Affordable fees apply to each waste accepted plus a $25.00 processing fee is charged every time that a business uses the facility.
Please make sure to obtain a Hazardous Waste ID number (if you require one) before you contact us to schedule an appointment. You can get information about how to apply for a Hazardous Waste ID number by visiting the DTSC website.
You do not need a Hazardous Waste ID to drop-off electronic waste, household batteries, fluorescent bulbs or latex paint.
